William’s expertise is in financial oversight and strategic risk analysis. His career began in construction, where he held fiscal responsibility for multi-million dollar budgets and led complex project execution. After transitioning to technology and distinguishing himself in IT management, he now architects mission-critical systems as a lead cybersecurity engineer in the aerospace industry. At Olympion Group, William leads financial analysis, deal structuring, and investment strategy, ensuring every partnership is built on a sound and sustainable foundation.
MICHELLE ORTIZ
Managing Partner
Michelle is an expert in operational leadership and scaling businesses for growth. She honed her management skills as a Director, where she was responsible for all facets of business operations, from finance to building a vibrant company culture. Now a Lead Project Manager at a FAANG company, she drives process excellence on a global scale. Her direct involvement in worldwide Mergers & Acquisitions has provided deep insight into post-deal integration. As Managing Partner, Michelle spearheads operations for our portfolio companies, focusing on scaling systems and empowering teams to drive long-term success.
